Killeen Castle was the venue for the first of the Annual Irish Bakers Golfing Society outings this year, which took place on 2nd April.

As always, the day was well organised by the usual suspects, Gerald Cunningham (FCBA President) and Sean Earley (IBGS President this year).  The weather held out on what was a challenging course, and the Finlay’s team held their own with Darren Neil winning the visitors prize, Aidan McNamara securing the winner’s prize for the back 9 and James Finlay Jnr once again blasting out the longest drive.  A great event, enjoyed by all both on and off the course.

We’re looking forward to supporting the next outing being at Castleknock on the 29th April, which raises much needed funds for the Irish Bakers Benevolent Society.
